My Book Hard Drive with Airport Extreme and Time Machine

I need to pull the trigger on buying an external hard drive and have read great reviews for My Book from Western Digital. Before I buy it, has anyone tested having a My Book connected through their Airport Extreme and used the airport disk utility to backup their hard drives. Also, using this same setup has anyone used the time machine function of leopard successfully while testing leopard during its beta stages. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have the above config (Mybook) and I use it to backup with the .mac program. Apple states that time machine will work for that too but I haven't tested that. Pull the trigger.
