I just got my first brand new Apple product. My sister got an iPod shuffle too, but I love my computer soooooo much. It's quick, snappy, and has all the updates!

So you have been a member on macrumors.com for 1.5 years with over 1400 posts and you JUST NOW got your first mac?!? Not that I have one yet either, hehe.

I feel incredibly sorry for you with that one. I couldn't stand mine. I hope you got the 2nd version of it.

Cheers on the new computer, though!

Congrats! What a nice computer. Now I kinda wish I saved up for an ibook, oh well:eek: .

I just can't get over the fact that he bought AppleCare for me. We got $50 off AppleCare, so all together it costed $1200 + tax, but we got my sister a $15 itunes card, iPod Shuffle 512MB. BTW the iTunes card won't accept the code and its been activated and all that.

I just burned a DVD+R with my music on it. YAY - burned a DVD on my moms PC.

Nice one slooksterPSV. How's it handling MacRumors? :p
We have a Wireless Able DSL Router, so I'm like walking all over the house using the internet. And Airport, it picked up sooooo many Wi-Fi spots in Provo Utah. I was like getting any/everything. I even loaded up apple.com on one that wasn't passlocked.

Nice purchase, i got the same a few weeks ago and i am loving it, i'd reccomend upgrading the RAM to 1gb it really pay's off, but if you dont have the $$$ 512mb will do......

Congrats,

SHadow

I had to endulge myself a bit so I bought an HP Wireless Rechargeable Mouse. As for the RAM, I'm not going to upgrade it till I really really need it. I'm good with 512MB.

Thats exactly what I am planning on doing (trying it with the stock 512MB DDR333 before upgrading). Glad to hear that you got your new 12" iBook G4 and are lovin' it. :)

I am still waiting for mine to ship. :(

I promised you guys a shot of my iBook + what it came with and what else. See my beautiful picture
