My brother's new website - what do you think?

This is my brother's new website; he's trying to market his own line of dog washing machines. He builds them himself at his house in Sacramento, CA. The demonstration dog is a German Shepherd named "Manzo" and the 16 year old girl is my niece named "Geneviev."

What do you guys think? Any suggestions on improving the site?

Get rid of the flashing/moving bits asap.

Also move the "Fidowash is a..." to the top of that column. The picture tells me nothing.
