My Camera Problem please help

whenever I'm on the selfie mode front camera, whenever I snap a photo, the orange screen appears on my screen then my pic appears. It's not happening when I'm facing back camera. Why is this and what should I do?? Can't tell if flash is causing this or not. But I doubt it because it doesn't happen even I had my flash on the back camera

Basically it's there by design to help things.

Yeah that's the screen flash feature. It's meant to improve the quality of selfies in low light. It doesn't work that well in my opinion. Took a selfie whilst on holiday in Spain and flash just made me look gaunt and sweaty.(Although it was lower light conditions in a restaurant so that probably why).
