how dead is it. can you start it holding eject button down. if not if find thin blade open flap then small el shaped tool pull open disc carrier
Bent paper clip?
I think that model forced CDs to eject when a bent paper clip is inserted next to the media in the right place. Have you still got the small instruction booklet that came with the computer? Try the Help menu. It's been a long time since I had one that ejected in that fashion.

your right just under tray is an opening. (just right of center) if push a cocktail stick or something same size even slightly larger the drawer will open if push far enough be able to catch edge and pull out rest. have just tried it on sons one
