I have a G4 Cube running OS 10.2.8. Our family has 3 iPods, two of which are of the newest generation, the third is a 2nd generation. Up until about a week ago, all 3 pods were usable on the Cube, meaning they would mount on the desktop and in iTunes as well, with no problem. All of a sudden, the Cube will not recognize any of them, that is not only will they not come up in iTunes, but will not even mount on the desktop anymore. They also are not recognized by disk utility. I haven't added or taken away a thing from the Cube. The Cube functions perfectly normally in all other aspects and I have used both a disk repair program, which tells me there is nothing wrong with it, and I also have repaired the permissions. All 3 iPods have the latest software updates and work just fine on other Macs in our home. I am at a loss for what to do next. Am I missing something? Could something have suddenly become corrupted in the software?
