My contract is up on my 3GS......

Does your phone stop working the second your contract runs out? Never did with my previous 3 iPhones, in fact they're all in perfectly usable conditions. I even (gasp) use the same phone for more than 12 months!
Fortunately, my 3GS is still working after nearly 2.5 years and when my contract ran out, it kept working! Woo Hoo!
I think theres a 3GS death bug going around cause mine just died too, although it may have been that OJ and vodka my girlfriend spilled on it..i guess i'll never know.
Dude, everyone knows OJ is a killer, and that's definitely not the kind of screwdriver you use to open electronics.
Yes, but go SIM-only, iPhone 3GS is still a a decent smartphone, and cheap contracts are like finding wrapped sweets in your pockets when you didn't know they were in there!
