Hello, For InDesign, Photoshop and Lightroom, what would upgrading to the current gen MacBook Pro 13 will do for my use of these programs? I make printed magazines and books and work in a 24 in. 4K display (1080p HiDPI). Thank you

Are these programmes processor dependent? You can see using Activity Monitor

If so, it's hard to compare processors just from Geekbench scores, especially for varying workflows, but something you could do is buy the machine, see if it improves performance to your standards, and depending on that either keep or return the machine
