What is going on here? Clearly not a big deal because of my plan, but how does this happen?

This is my 4th iPhone in the last month... That usage is all 4 of them. Mystery solved.
 
Do you have evrything set to on in store settings and mobile network enabled in store

What about iCloud documents is that using mobile data too?
