My display picture is not appearing!

Please forgive me if this is the wrong place in which to post this, however I didn't know where else to post it.

I've now made a fair few posts at this website, and I at first thought that the reason my Avatar wasn't visible is because I'd not made enough posts. However having now made 50 I am starting to doubt if this is true, so can some-one knowledgable in how this forum works, and the rules & regulations please guide me towards an answer as to why it's not appearing?

You need 500 posts.

You have set a Profile Picture. This is not an Avatar. The Profile Picture only appears in your profile. You need 500 (not 50) posts for an Avatar.
