About a month ago my powerbook started unexpectedly crashing. Tonight I purchased season 1 of Battlestar Galactica on iTunes Store, and mid-way through the download my computer locked up.
When I rebooted and started iTunes the "download" link on the left had disappeared and none of the episodes are in my "TV shows" area... WTF?
I tried to redownload the show, but Apple wants to charge me another $25 to do it. Is there a way to get my episodes or my money back? I was set to order a new iPod tomorrow, but if I just got ripped for $25 I'm buying a Zune instead...
