Relax it is not a big problem.

R reh macrumors 6502a Oct 24, 2003 639 1 Apr 25, 2006 #5 System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Keyboard -> uncheck "Use the F1-F12 keys to control software features" It comes unchecked by default, so it's likely that you or someone else checked that tick box.
