My FaceTime Does not like me (apparently)

I got my first Mac on wednsday. A 27" i7, 20gb ram, 2gb VRAM and have been amazed and completely happy with my Mac. I tried to use FaceTime today and it said it was off. So I clicked the button to turn it on, and the little loading wheel spun for 35 minutes straight. My Internet is working and I just can't figure it out.
 
Not sure. You're within the free 90 days of Apple phone support even if you didn't buy AppleCare. Call them.
