My factory unlocked iPhone 3G[s]

I currently own a 16gb Black iPhone 3G. I bought it factory unlocked brand new the box was in it's shrink wrap when i purchased it and it doesn't have an att symbol at the bottom of the box.

In case any thing does go wrong with it will apple be able to fix it or give me a brand new one??? i haven't asked anyone from apple but when i go to the apple store i will need to see for myself what the answer will be to my question, but if anyone is able to answer the questions can u please answer it?

I think the only stores that will service it, would be the ones in the country where the phone originated from.
