i wanted to know if anyone got an early upgrade for the iPhone 5S cause it says my contracts not over till next September (3 year plan) but my current iPhone is damaged. I called in an they said i'd have to either buy out my the rest of my contract for $200 then resign for another $230+tax or wait till March

i can't wait that long for a new phone but i'm wondering if anyone has been upgraded without all this hassle

Usually Fido's only flexible 6 months before the contract runs out.

Just called again and they said the are willing to take away the fees for cancelling only if I switch to any other phone besides iPhone
