My Finder Sidebar got repeated icons

Hi all,

I'm newbie here... and a Mac newbie too
I got some problem in my Finder that the Sidebar icons got repeated just every I restart and login to my Mac.

Does anyone here have an explanation and suggestion to solve this problem?
