My first Iphone 5 battery test

From 100% all the way to dead:
Usage: 7 hours, 28 minutes
Standby: 9 hours, 3min

Anyways.....VERY impressed. Lots of texting, web surfing, a 1 hour phone call on LTE.

In LTE 75% of day, 10% 3g, 15%wifii

Watched about 40 minutes of netflix on wifi
10 minutes of Watch ESPN live streaming on LTE
40 minutes of various youtube stuff on wifi

So ya...like I said before I am very impressed. For me being on my phone for 7.5 hours of surfing the web and texting, facebook, ect Im stunned. Was reading the forums a lot here, another forum, just ALL over. Plus a lot of friends where playing with it.

I had a S3 for about 1.5 months. Doing all this I did on my Iphone 5 the S3 would have been lucky to make it 5 hours.

How impressed are you with your battery performance after day one?

Sounds like a winner! Just minor correction on your post. On verizon, your 1 hour phone call was over 1x, not LTE. LTE is for data.
