Ok all! I've been lurking the forums for years,
and I'm finally making my first post.

Now that the new iPads with 128gb storage are here, what should I purchase.....

The 11 inch MacBook Air with 128gb for 999?

The iPad air with 128gb storage for 799?

I currently own a 21.5 inch iMac, early 2012 edition. I had an iPad 3 that I bought with the iMac but sold it due to lack of use and lack of storage (16gb iPad 3).

There are uses for the iPad for sure, and there are also uses for the MacBook Air. I could definitely see myself using either and often. Between my iphone and iMac, I would really like a "middle man". What are your thoughts? Anything is appreciated!

I personally would go with the MBA. For the $200 difference, the ability to run full programs is the big advantage. Still light weight. But this is only my preference. I have an iPad 4 and now wish I had gone for the MBA. The iPad does have its limitations. Still a nice device though.
