(1)
How to check up if work?
Plug it in, hook up a monitor, press the power button. If the Mac chimes and the screen comes on and it boots (or if it goes to a flashing question mark) it works.
(2)
How to make upgrade to level software and hd?
Which OS version do you want to run? Version 10.4 and 10.5 can still be updated via software update. But OS 8.5 to OSX 10.3 you'll need to download updates manually.
(3)
How to overclock cpu?
No idea. That's not something we usually do around here, although there are at least a couple of users who have. Maybe they can chime in. I imagine though it's going to depend on your CPU and the logicboard.
(4)
How to have best performance?
That's going to depend on the OS version, the model of your Mac and what you intend to do with the Mac.
(5)
How to view if the cpu is a max power ex: 1.6ghz 2.0 ghz 445mhz?
When booted, go to the Apple Menu and select 'About this Mac'. It will tell you what CPU speed it is.

Keep in mind that it is very unlikely, unless you already know beforehand, that you're going to get a G4 Mac with an upgraded CPU. Most of those, and especially NewerTech which made MaxPower, were third party upgrades that did not see massive sales.

Ok thanks guys for the reply. But the seller give to me only the tower. Me after connect to VGA, to my 22inches Philip's TV. Can be view if run?

Me have this upgrade to make to the good pc
450wat psu
1 ssd 120gb sandisk
2 3.5 inch 1tb mechanical hd 6400 rpm
3 2.5 inch 500gb mechanical hd 6400 rpm
2 2.5 inch 1tb mechanical hd 6400 rpm
Me have usb wifi.
Me have better sound card.
Me have a good cooler.
And me have usb 3.0 peripheral.

not to piss on your bonfire, but the upgrades you want to do aren't so easily done on a G4. also what are you trying to achieve?

PSU isn't standard ATX to start, so if you really want to change it to something else (Conversion)

Ok. I am post some photo. Is only dusty. Me can install modern audio card and modern 3.5 hd 1tb?

You seem to be under the impression that you can just use this as a modern Mac.

PowerPC G4 Macs have an IDE interface. Modern interface is SATA. You're going to need to buy a PCI-SATA card and cables if you want to use a 'modern 3.5 hd 1tb'.

Otherwise, you're limited to PATA/IDE drives and the largest of those are around 320GB.

PS. Macs don't need sound cards - these aren't PC computers. Sound is integrated into the logicboard.

This is the interface.

You sound very enthusiastic which is highly commendable, and understandable on getting your 1st PPC G4.
However I advise that you don't 'run before you can walk'. Give some serious thoughts to exactly what you need from a G4, what are your expectations, how much you wish to spend, and will that particular sum of money be cost-effective? If it were me the top 10 priorities would be:
i) Give the G4 a much needed internal clean.
ii) Ensure that you have adequate RAM for the tasks you have in mind.
iii) Ensure the battery is providing a healthy 3.6V. Otherwise change it (after having cleaned the battery terminals).
iv) Check the optical drive for correct functioning. If defective clean the internal laser, and/or replace the optical drive for a known serviceable unit.
v) Prepare the 120Gb SSD with OS Tiger or Leopard, and install using a suitable IDE/SATA adapter.
vi) Read THIS thread thoroughly and optimise your OS.
vii) Choose and optimise your browser. TenFourFox and Webkit are the popular choices but it's good policy to have several browsers for different jobs.
viii) Install a mechanical HD for data storage - 500Gb should be more than adequate for most users.
ix) If you intend to watch video content, installation of CorePlayer is a must.
x) Imho forget overclocking the CPU. But before giving the G4 too much extended running time, repaste the CPU.
Please provide feed back of how things progress.

That’s without a doubt Tiger, Mac OS X 10.4

In order to reset the password, there are a couple options. The easiest Way is to boot off of a 10.4 installation disc, and reset the password there. I think it’s under the utilities menu.

You can also do this by booting into single user mode. I’m not sure what the command is, you’d have to look it up. I’m also not sure if commands are different for Italian or not.

Guys I'm happy very happy. But how me can upgrade the cpu power, ram and other things?
CPU - find a NewerTech, Sonnet, or PowerLogix processor on eBay that will work with your Mac, or a higher MHZ Apple CPU for your model. The absolute fastest you'd ever be able to find would be a dual 2Ghz 7448 CPU. Those are so rare, that if you ever found one in working condition you could expect to pay a lot of money for it. The next step up is a PowerMac G5.

RAM - look on eBay for your model. Depending, you either max out at 1.5 or 2GB.

Other things: Like what? We don't know if what you want is possible or not unless you name it.

I'll be surprised if you find one of those items at BB. You're probably going to have to obtain these items online.

Yeah. The only thing you’ll be able to get is the battery most likely.
Also you already have a SCSI card installed.
