hey everyone...so my friend has a blackbook and she is having some ichat problems. every time she logs on ichat using either an aim account or .mac account ichat unexpectedly quits. but the weird thing is when she switches to another user account ichat works fine. if anyone has any idea of how to fix this problem please help! thanks!

we tried deleting the files in Home>Library>Preferences then everything that had ichat in it. no dice...thanks for the reply though
