She literally bought it last night at 7 and she got it home set everything up and nothing worked. She said that she kept getting a message saying spotlight kept unexpectadly (spelling?) quitting. She also tried installing her iWork disc and it wouldn't even load. She said that when she tries to open Finder the little dot underneath keeps blinking, and that the toolbar on the top keeps disapperaring (Spelling again?) She bought it brand new at the Apple Store. What do you think is wrong? She also said the hard drive doesn't even show up on the desktop.
