after above commed the computer appears a big "welcom". It looks like my macbook was reformated which i didn't expect.
did i lost all data?

is that any way to go back?

thanks.

thanks Spinnerly.
now i understand "command+s" mean and better not to do again.

After my "mass up" the macbook shows "Welcome" (with music) when after restart like a brand new notebook. now i am not doing any next step until i understand clearly.

It looks like my notebook works fine but the issue is my files.
Are they still alive on the hard drive or not?

Thanks.

just follow it. its the welcome thing that you get when u get your computer.
it will create a new account, and rename your computer. u have not lost any files, and your machine is still intact. i did the exact same thing as a prank to one of my friends to think his computer got reformatted.:D
then after freaking out i told him his macbook was fine. :D:p

"Woo Hoo"

Triple Thanks to techfreak85

everything is fine.
you saved all my daughter's homeworks including my sunday.

thanks.;)
