my GPS won't find me at all. Based in the UK

I press the little target in the bottom left all the main settings are on and I've tried going onto roads but it just spins and does nothing at all.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Restart your phone and try.

Restore your phone in iTunes and try.

If that doesn't work, take it back for a replacement.
