I missed expedited shipping too. Wasn't shaking, but past experience had me primed to get the orders done before the server crashed, lol.

I wasn't shaking but I had adrenaline. I saw the option for the shipping thing, clicked on it, couldn't understand what it said under one second so I just closed it and hit confirm order. lol
same. I didnt see a choice for any upgrade and didnt want to slow things knowing time was of the essence. In any event it doesnt appear that it speeds things up that much but I still would have spent the $10 just in case

I missed this option too, but called cust service after I got my confirmation email and he was able to upgrade the shipping to 2 business days.
It was just as I remembered from previous preorders. Make sure all info is up to date with your Apple ID and you have no problems. Got my confirm email at 3:03.
