My HP crackled

I found this album called B.A.S.S. ( Badd Ass Sound System).
It has songs made for bass. It also has 15 second bass sweeps that cover the lowest of the low bass frequencies. It'a amazing how low the HP can go. However, I may have gone too low because it made my HP crackle which I thought was impossible. The volume wasn't even that high.
I was wondering if I did lasting damage, or if it was just a one time deal?Anybody else get their HP to distort or crackle? Check out at your own risk.

This is what it was like in the demos. I hope I didn't ruin my HP. :-(

You could have caused the woofer to over extend it's rated excursion, causing the voice coil distort or jump out of the magnet's gap.
