My i Movie 2008 keeps crashing

Hi my i movie 2008 was working fine yesterday and I managed to edit a lot of video but when I tried to export the project to share media the application crashed and I got this note. Can anyone help?

Crash reports such as that are typically sent to devs for diagnosing—hence the button to send it. I hope you have saved your progress, but did you try restarting iMovie? Does it continually crash? You also might try restarting your computer. If you are still getting crashes after trying that, you may want to check your source video files to see if anything is corrupted. This blog post may help.
