After using it for three days, the iBook consistently stays at 100% when it is fully charged. Non of this 99%, 95% crap.

Nice Tiger find #2.

Mine says "Battery is Charged".

Personally I'd hate if it stayed 100% all the time. The discharging to 95% was apple's way of making the battery last longer. If it stays at 100% it means the battery is constantly charging and will likely to fail faster than a battery that turns off for 5%. Though it could simply be a UI change where it is going down to 95% but telling the user it is 100% :shrug:

Highly likely.
Code:
"IOBatteryInfo" = ({"Capacity"=4180,"Amperage"=0,"Cycle Count"=153,"Current"=4154,"Voltage"=12541,"Flags"=838860805,\
"AbsoluteMaxCapacity"=4400})
Reading 100% charge, when actually my powerbook's battery is 99.3%.
