My Icon are stuck and I can't use candy bar to set them back to defaults!

I have looked around here because I'm new and didn't want to repost but none of those solutions fixed the problem.
It's those red icons that I can't get back to normal. I used candy bar to get everything else back.

I uploaded a pic up and hopefully some one can shed some light on this :D
