My icons are duplicating.

well, i downloaded a slots app, and the usa today app, and today both apps have the slots icon...why?

this has also happened another time. wtf?

my icons are having issues too, the last couple of installs inherit one close to them instead of there own icon. Others are having the issue too.

Same problem here. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it to fix it.

I have also had my apps move to different locations after a restart.
