Hi everyone!

It’s a 27inch A1419. 2015

It began with a stuck mouse at startup.

USB mouse or Bluetooth the same. USB was not working too.

Only solution was to restart. It could work then…

But little by little it became most frequent.

I found a solution that worked some time: cut the power out and wait a few hours…

It worked but less and less.

I’m sure it’s not because of software or some accessories because I tried everything.

It finally refused to work. When it was working everything was perfect…

I let it sleep 11 months.

A few weeks ago I had the idea to try it again.

Surprise! It started and after it found the Bluetooth keyboard it finished the process and worked perfectly with all my data and everything !

It lasted almost a week then it stopped to work.

The procedure I found worked a bit of time but less and less. Now there’s the bong then the Apple logo then it goes out.

I suppose it’s the PSU Alimentation Power that is dead and needs to be changed.

What do you think?

When you try to run Diagnostic Mode, does it make it or does it just turns off. Press and hold letter D as it starts up.

What kind of DRIVE is inside?

Is it a fusion drive?
(which is both a small SSD AND a larger HDD, "melded together" via software)

If it IS a fusion drive, it's possible that one portion of it may be failing (this is usually the hard drive portion).

Try this test and get back to us:
You are going to boot into INTERNET RECOVERY.
You want to be using a USB mouse and keyboard (if you can)
You want to be connected to ethernet if possible (not required)

a. power down all the way off
b. press AND HOLD the following key combo:
Command-OPTION-R
KEEP HOLDING THESE KEYS DOWN until you either see the spinning globe, OR, if you're using wifi, you will need to enter your wifi pasword.
c. Be patient while the internet utilities load.
d. You will see the utilities.

I suggest you open disk utility.
If there is a "view" menu, go to it and choose "show all devices".

I suggest you start "at the top" and work your way down.
Click on each line, then click "first aid".
See what kind of results you get.

Then come back and tell us what you found.
