My iMac keeps reseting.

I have problems with my iMac since two weeks ago. It restarts itself due to some problem a couple of times a day. I can't find any solutions on the forum. I don't have anything conected to it by USB.

Any ideas?

Run diags and also memtest, when memory is bad it will reboot
