my iMac's Internet stopped working

I didn't change any settings or anything, one second it's working the next it's not. I am connected wirelessly through a verizon fios modem and the Internet works via wifi on my iPhone and another computer. I tried the network diagnostic which was useless! I've also reset the modem, restarted the computer, and reset the airport on the comp. Anyone ever experience the same problem? Please help!

I've had this happen a couple times on my iMac. I had to call my internet provider for help.

does it say ip self assigned, if so i have that problem
