My iMovie is GONE

I upgraded to the newest version of iMovie after downloading Mavericks. Everything worked fine. I then opened up the dashboard and saw that there were TWO versions of iMovie sitting there, one with the old icon one with the new. I deleted the old icon. I then ran the new icon and it said there was nothing there, there was an error. I then entered the app store and it isn't even showing iMovie under my purchases. In order to download it I have to pay the whole $15 for it.

Any clue what's up with my account?:confused:
