My Internet Freeze constantly

Hi

My Internet provider say that I have a virus in my computer and this is the reason that the Internet freeze, I can't let him understand that I am using Mac OS and that is no way that a virus can damage my computer.

The only way that I can get the Internet back is Turning the AirPort Of and on again

If somebody have idea how I can resolve that I will be very grateful
