Okay im trying to use Mocha Lite VNC client for the IPHONE.. but this question isnt related to the IPHONE.

I know what my IP address is (below)
Picture2.png

It is my Routers IP that is forwarded to 10.0.0.191

so In theory I should be able to use the 70.xx.xxx.xx IP address (on my phone) and it would forward over to 10.0.0.191 port 5900 which is my computer.

But the problem is when going to sys pref sharing "remote desktop" it says that I need to use 10.0.0.191 which isnt my actual raw IP address so thats wer my communication error is.

Your computer is only aware of the internal IP address on your network, so that is the one it gives you. If you want to forward your connection, then you have to configure your router to forward connections to the router on port 5900 to your internal IP address (10.0.0.191) and then you can use the external IP when outside your network, and the internal one when you are inside the network.
