my ipad 2 and ipad 3 have yellow and green hints

which one do you think has a better screen color?
left hand side is ipad 2 and on the right is the new ipad
somehow i detected the ipad2 has a green hue while the ipad2 is yellowish and wamer, or reddish i guess.
the ipad 3 has been used for a few months and it gets overheat easily compared to the ipad 2, what can I do about it?
Can I get a refurb for exchange?
Or is it normal for ipad 3 to get hotter than ipad 2?
