Is there a fix to this other than buying the 4? It's just a small annoyance. It takes awhile to load the page when this happens.
 
Buying a 4 won't fix it as it occurs occasionally on my 4th gen iPad. Resetting my wifi seems to have helped some.

This used to happen to me all the time on my three. Never experienced it on any other generation including my four. Very strange.

Just to confirm, is it as if the window stops responding, which then locks up ios for a few seconds before coming back and speeding through every action you made while it was hung?
