My iCal on my Mac is set up fine, as is the calendar on my iPhone.

I use google calendar to keep all my Apple devices in sync, thou for some reason the iPad calendar displays everything as starting two hours later.

If this helps, my gmail and calendar are set up under mail, contacts and calendar with exchange and mail and calendar is on to sync.

This is annoying me. I've turned off calendars and then back on, though the situation remains.

I even just deleted this exchange account from the iPads settings and re-added it but the two hour discrepancy remains....

Only on the iPad, interesting considering I have the exact same set up on the iPhone and no problems there.

Check settings - Mail, contacts, calendars - time zone support, is set to your local timezone.
