My ipad mini weird model ???[ what wrong ]

my ipad mini purchased at radioshack back 2012 ,,,, now i just want to install beta ios 9 , i can't get that firmware matching that model ,,,,, i try look at apple.com all ipad mini model , none has this model ...

very weird ,,,,

is this ipad something wrong with model ?

who know let me know thanks .........
