My ipad turn off and its unable to turn on now =(

after installing BossPref ( or SBSettings ) from Cydia , my ipad 3.2.1 turn off automatically and unable to turn on right now ?? what should i do besides sending it back to the store ???
p.s : i just jailbreak through jailbreakme.com before i install BossPref ( or SBSettings ) .
