Check the Europe pre-order thread, it's happening to everyone, but people still gets DHL notifications that the phone is being shipped.

Yeah there is something wrong with the Apple site at the moment. I cannot access the order page but I just got a text saying that my Order has shipped in full and will be delivered tomorrow.

Its just a hickup on Apples part, probably something unexpected has happened on their site/order system that they didnt account for, a bug or programming error.
