My iPhone 3G has just arrived.

The screen bezel has lots of glue, and around the headphone port.

Best way to get rid without scratching the phone?

I'd be taking that sucker back. I'm not one to return for every little thing, but that's not cool.

I ordered online so it'll be SUCH a hassle to return it. And my numbers being ported.

I'd rather just clean it.. if I can...

Perfectly logical. :D

I just happened to remember that thread because I was horrified at the thought of gum on a brand new iPhone. Kinda sticks in your mind, you know?

He got it all off, BTW. *whew*

They exchanged it no problem.

However, I've now gone from an amazingly bright, vivid 3G screen - to a very dull yellow one. A very, very dull yellow one.

WTF Apple. 6 exchanged MacBooks, 2 exchanged MacBooks Pro's, 2 exchanged first Gen iPhones, and now I'm on my second faulty 3G iPhone.

The company I love is going downhill.
