Rule of thumb, do a DFU restore first to try to fix the problem.

If problems still arise, contact the Geniuses at Apple Stores to get a replacement.

Glad your wifi problems were fixed though.

Which wifi issue exactly? i.e. dropped signals, slow speed, no connection at all?
