My iPhone 4 just overheated

I got the black overheated screen a few minutes ago. My phone hasn't been used much all day, apart a short spell of Twitter & Facebook and about 30 mins of music. My room isn't hot either. I've had my phone for just over 3 months and this is the first time it's happened.

Any ideas on what I should do? Forget about it? Or go to the Apple store?

The thing is, the phone felt no hotter than usual

So? Its just a simple overheat. It's designed to prevent damage. Just keep using it like normal.
