My iPhone 4 has been making a random buzzing noise as well as vibrating completely randomly. Does anyone else have a similarly defective phone?

hahaha...yeah there was a thread about a guy saying his phone was posessed(spell?). it made a weird audible sound when in sleep mode...it's even on youtube.

Found out why it's doing that. I can put it up on YouTube too I guess. The phone does the strange noise EVERY time I put it in sleep mode and set it down. The vibrate issue is just random. I don't want to replace it again but it's just annoying.
