My iPhone 5 camera has a dark spot

It has been doing this randomly for a week now, going away and coming back. What do I need to do?

That looks like it could be a speck of dust in the inside surface of the camera lens or sensor. Take the phone to Apple or one of their Authorised Service Provider who will sort it for you.
