My iPhone 6+ keep restarting, why?

I have got an iPhone 6+, and I have reset my iPhone and reinstall all the apps by iTunes once. But sometimes it will restart (appearing a white Apple) suddenly such as when I killing app, when I finish spotlight search, etc. upgrading to 8.0.2 only help a bit. Is it purely iOS 8's bug problem? I am worry that resetting under DFU mode will not help.
