My iPhone 6 plus don't charge like it should.

I received my phone on the 19th and noticed that it wasn't charging like it should later on when I got home. I went to sleep the next morning around 2:30am with it being at 38%. When I woke up this morning at about 9am, it was at 84%. I then use another apple charger and it was charging, but slow. I called apple support and they ran a test on it from their end and everything looked good. He then had me do a small reset which didn't wipe my phone out completely. He told me to keep a close eye out on it to see if the reset worked. He then said if it doesn't work to do a complete wipeout of the whole phone, which I just did about 30 mins ago. He suppose to call me back tomorrow to see how it's working. The phone is holding a very good charge. It's just not charging up normal. Also I do have two iPhone 5s, and three iPads in the home, so I am familiar with how they charge up. I'm hoping it's not the hardware. Right now it's at 98%. I plan on letting it die down some and then see how it charge.

I just tested my phone out after doing a hard reset last night. I have been charging my phone for an hour and this is the result. Look at the times and percentage at the top of the pics. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1411312780.782662.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1411312790.259985.jpg
 
I know this is off-topic, but HOLY LOUD BACKGROUND, BATMAN. :)

I suggest taking it to the store. Your phone is brand new; it shouldn't have any issues. They will probably swap it no questions asked; there's no reason for you to deal with a phone that has issues.

EDIT: I should add that the iPhone 6+ has a huge battery, and will probably charge more slowly than previous phones. Try using your iPad's charger; it can provide 2.1 amps and should charge it much faster. See this thread:

The 6+ battery is larger so it will take a longer time to charge, but I don't know what times are normal. Have you tried an iPad charger? They seem to actually charge faster on these new iPhones.

I'm going to try using the iPad's charger.
 
I haven't timed it, but I have noticed that my 6 plus takes longer to charge than my 5s did. However, the battery lasts much longer. It's a trade off that I'm very happy with so far.

Ok. Maybe I'm just paranoid lol. I do agree that it holds a magnificent charge!
 
Today I will run it down to 0% and charge it up to 100 and time how long it takes and report back.
 
my plus was fully charged yesterday at 2pm. Today at 12:01 pm its on 29%. Extreeeeemly good battery life lol. I haven't talked on it though.. just internet surfing and game play. But you should be able to get the phone swapped immediately since its within the 14 day period and I'm assuming they might have "refurbished" ones (highly doubt they are refurbished but it will be in a white box).
 
How can you have a phone for less than one day and then pretend to know what's "normal"?
 
My old 5s would charge in a little over an hour from being dead. If this has twice the capacity it should take twice as long.

I get over 27% per hour. I don't know how much but I know for sure it's faster than that.

Pretend??? Like I said "I have 2 iPhone 5s and 3 iPads in my home" so I do know how long it should take the phone to charge. If the phone was at 37% at 2:30am and then at 87% at 9am something is wrong.
