Was experiencing SUPER slow wifi on 2 iPhone 6's in my home, especially with streaming video, even after the iOS 8.2 update. Connections were great on my 5c, 5, and iPad mini, but the 6's were the only devices causing me problems. I was able to finally find a solution to this. Spoke with Apple IT and we were able to determine that I was running WEP security on my router, so we changed that to WAP2, now everything is great! http://192.168.1.1 brought me into my router. Basically you have to access the security settings on your router and change the security encryption to WPA or WPA2, created a new pre-shared key (password), and applied the new settings.. Now it works the way it should! Hope this is helpful for others, troubleshooting is a pain in the *$$!:apple:
