My iPhone 6+ with iOS 9 GM is acting as if it has 2GB of ram

Web pages would ALWAYS refresh if I left the web browser and checked a snapchat.

I just sent out 2 snapchats as well as viewed a few and my safari didn't reload once.

So was iOS 8 just bad at ram management or did iOS 9 give me more ram??? (just kidding of course..)

iOS 9 has a few hiccups here and there that should be ironed out in 9.1, however the OS seems to have a lot better battery and ram management.
